Serving as a video production assistant at Northeastern Athletics, I had the opportunity to work directly with our D1 athletic teams, capturing and producing content both sideline at games and in the studio. Working on both camera and graphics for our broadcasts also exposed me to new areas of production, and I was able to direct broadcasts for Northeastern commencements.
Previously serving as the sports editor of NU's independent student-run paper, I communicated with all writers, photographers, SIDs, design editors, and senior staff on behalf of the sports section. Now, I've taken my skills to the audiovisual section of the paper where I oversee anything and everything video. Editing both long-form and short-form content is very rewarding.
In summer 2024, I spent a month in Peru to study video storytelling and global reporting. I produced a human-interest story about the 250-plus abandoned cat population in Miraflores, Lima, and how volunteers are working to get these felines off the streets and into homes. Additionally, I helped create video content for a segment of WCVB's Chronicle, which aired in September.

In June 2025, I completed my second co-op as a Video Production Assistant with Northeastern Athletics, helping film and edit for Northeastern's D1 sports teams. I'm eager to return to the team in the fall, helping with both creative and broadcast filming and editing.
I'm also thrilled to take on new video-focused leadership positions with my extracurriculars.
I'm a fourth-year at Northeastern University, majoring in Journalism and Media and Screen Studies with a minor in Sports, Media, and Communications.
I love to keep myself busy on Northeastern's bustling campus. I'm on E-board of both The Huntington News and Northeastern University Dance Company, along with being a member of the Sigma Kappa sorority.
I am looking for work experience in the entertainment and journalism industries. My varying interests give me excitement over a multitude of different job possibilities.
I'm especially interested in the video production field, and I hope to pursue this further.
