I'm currently working on the sports desk for the Boston Globe, assisting with various tasks from Bruins previews to social media content creation. My writing assignments have included girls' swimming recaps, Boston Marathon content, and more. I've especially enjoyed creating graphics on Canva for the Globe Sports' Instagram.

Every new position I've taken on with Hunt News has advanced my understanding of writing and media. Currently serving as the Sports Editor, I manage and communicate with all writers, photographers, SIDs, design editors, and senior staff on behalf of the sports section. I've had the privilege to cover college sports games, including the Beanpot tournament at TD Garden, in which I wrote game recaps and created audiovisual content for the Hunt News' Tik Tok and Instagram.
One of my most rewarding experiences was working as the main editor and writer for a documentary project in London, which centered around England's women's football culture. I undertook the editing of the video, advancing immensely in my Adobe Premiere Pro skills. Additionally, I collaborated with my five person production team of Northeastern students to create the script.

I created this article for the recent edition of The Avenue, a Northeastern University student-run magazine. This piece took me out of my comfort zone, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to express my feeling's about an art form that is so important to me. Working alongside editors, costume designers, photographers, set designers and models was incredibly rewarding, and I'm grateful for the team behind this work. I hope to continue doing more lifestyle and fashion writing in the future.

In the 2022-23 season, the Northeastern men’s basketball team stumbled to a 10-20 overall record and a 6-12 conference finish, ranking 11th out of the 14 teams in the CAA. The Huskies were shut down in the second round of the CAA Men’s Basketball Championship by the Delaware Blue Hens 77-74, putting an end to a subpar season.
It was a two-team race for the MIAA Division 2 girls’ swimming & diving championship. Longmeadow took the early lead. Then the tide changed, literally.
The Northeastern women’s soccer team concluded its regular season Sunday, finishing with an 8-4-5 (6-2-4 CAA) record and earning its 13th consecutive CAA tournament bid. The Huskies’ confidence and ability has grown throughout the regular season, and they’re now ready to take on William & Mary (9-3-6, 6-3-3 CAA) on the road in the tournament’s quarterfinal Thursday.

This was my first immense editing assignment using Adobe Premiere Pro. Introduction to Film Production class project about the complexities and challenges that come with being a ballet dancer. I centered the found footage video around the idea that not everything is as effortless as it appears to the eye. This video was featured in the Drama/Comedy section of the 2024 North by Northeastern Film Festival.
I created this video package for my Journalist's Toolbox class. The goal was to create a short feature video segment that parallels what might be seen on a news segment. This was my first experience utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, so this was very beneficial for my development with the software.
I created this project for my Journalist's Toolbox class. The assignment was to interview a professional journalist and turn the audio into an insightful, entertaining mock podcast. I played with music and editing in an attempt to make the audio flow more seamlessly. (2023)

This photo was captured during a student expedition with National Geographic, in collaboration with Putney Student Travel. Putney included the image in its 2022 summer brochure for advertising, and I received compensation.
I'm a second-year at Northeastern University, majoring in Journalism and Media and Screen Studies with a minor in Sports, Media, Communications.
I love to keep myself busy on Northeastern's bustling campus. I'm the sports editor for The Huntington News, a member of the Northeastern University Dance Company, a member of the Sigma Kappa sorority, and a writer for the Avenue magazine.
I'm currently on co-op with the Boston Globe through the end of June. Working full time, I've enjoyed the multitude of tasks involved in the job.
I will be taking videography classes in three of Peru's iconic cities from July to August. I'm eager to soak up all the knowledge I learn while abroad.
I am looking for work experience in the entertainment and journalism industries. My varying interests give me excitement over a multitude of different job possibilities.
I'm a passionate fan of both the arts and sports. I'll never turn down a trip to a museum, theatre production or ballet, but I could also be fully engrossed in a long, five-set tennis match.
